Human Rights First Testifies For Hate Crime Bill And Will Walk In Pride Parade
Earlier today, Human Rights First submitted their written testimony for the Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing on the enactment of the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act.
