Congrats to the developers of www.act.ly, a new tool that allows you really to petition anyone about anything. Working with our friends at NRDC.org to push for passage of the Clean Energy bill, we have used this new tool to ask Representative Mike Ross of Arkansas, a Democrat, to reconsider his planned ‘no’ vote on the bill.
